Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, full priced items may be returned. Although Hair scrunchies are none refundable. 

For change of mind, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping for returning the item.

Once product is received, and product is still in unused condition, a refund will be processed 3-7 business days later.

We only provide a refund for the cost of the product (not shipping).
